Shipping Policy

At Intenze, we strive to ship orders promptly, with the goal of processing same-day shipments for orders placed before 1 P.M. PST. Typically, orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours and our processing times are not counted into the delivery time frames quoted by the shippers. Please note that holidays and promotional sales may extend processing times. Orders requiring Next Day delivery will be shipped on the next business day. For orders placed on Fridays, the next business day is Monday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. To maintain the quality of our inks, it’s essential to prevent prolonged exposure to extreme heat or cold. Intenze is not responsible for items that are shipped in extreme heat or cold weather and damaged- you are shipping at your own risk. It is recommended you ship with expedited shipping to these locations to prevent prolonged exposure.

While we endeavor to provide reliable shipping, Intenze cannot be held accountable for delays caused by natural disasters, holiday surges, or other unforeseen circumstances once in the possession of the shipper. Delivery times are determined by the carrier, and we cannot request special delivery times or instructions. For business deliveries, ensuring posted business hours can help facilitate smooth deliveries, though adherence to special requests remains at the discretion of the delivery service.
