Advanced Air Shower Entry System for Maximum Purity

Here's how it works:

Workers & Materials Must Be Prepped—Before entering, all personnel must wear sterilized, clean-room-approved protective gear, including lab coats, gloves, and shoe covers.   

  1. High-Velocity HEPA-Filtered Air Blasts—Workers and materials enter an air shower chamber, where high-speed, high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) jets remove dust, skin flakes, or external contaminants.  
  2. Pressurized Sealing—The air shower prevents outside air from entering the clean room, ensuring the air remains pure and contaminant-free.  
  3. Strict Access Control – Only authorized personnel* trained in clean room protocols can enter, reducing the risk of human error or outside contamination.
