At Intenze, we are committed to providing quality products and service. Intenze offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on any unopened products in their original condition. Open, used, or damaged products, as well as certain closeout or sale items, are not eligible for returns.

Please Note:
- Return labels are not provided by Intenze- customers are responsible for obtaining and securing their own return labels.
- A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Customer are responsible for any fees associated with:
- Missed deliveries, re-deliveries or refused packages
- Items returned due to incorrect address or customs issues
- Return to sender fees and any additional re-shipping charges.
To avoid complications, please ensure all billing and shipping information is accurate when placing your order, including apartment, suite, or unit numbers. Address changes requested after shipment may incur additional fees.

International Orders: If your package is abandoned at customs- you will not receive a refund on your order. If you choose to have the package returned because it did not clear customs, duties were unpaid, customs could not reach you, etc. the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Shipping to your country is at your own risk. Intenze does not guarantee delivery and will not act as a broker on your behalf. It is recommended you search for a local distributor as an alternative to direct shipping to save on costs and customs processing.
