How every bottle is proven
Transparency isn't a slogan for us — it's a paper trail. Every INTENZE bottle can be traced back through each step of how it was made, sterilized, and tested. Here's that trail, and where you can check it yourself.

1 · Made in our own certified facility
INTENZE ink is developed in our own lab and manufactured in our own facility — certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management) and ISO 22716:2007 (Good Manufacturing Practice for cosmetics). These standards govern the product and the production premises, and are maintained through ongoing independent audits.

2 · Traceable, tested raw materials
Every pigment and ingredient is traceable to its supplier and batch, and documented against heavy-metal and microbiological limits before it's used.

3 · Produced under documented GMP control
Ink is made in a clean, controlled production environment, with documented formulation, environmental controls, operator logs, and equipment calibration — the conditions ISO 22716 GMP requires and audits.

4 · Sterilized by gamma radiation
Every production run is sterilized through gamma radiation by STERIS, an accredited third-party processor working to ISO 11137:2017. Each run receives a Certificate of Processing recording the delivered dose against specification, with zero nonconformities.

5 · Batch-numbered — and verifiable by you
Every bottle carries a batch lot code. You don't have to take our word for any of the above — enter your lot and see its actual sterilization record.

6 · Full safety data on file
Safety Data Sheets set out the ingredient and safe-handling information for our formulations.

7 · REACH-compliant where marked
Colors marked REACH-compliant are formulated to meet the EU REACH restrictions on tattoo and permanent make-up inks.
