By mail (no purchase necessary): Hand‑print your full name, mailing address, email, and date of birth with the words “INTENZE Monthly Giveaway” on a 3×5 card and mail it to: INTENZE Monthly Giveaway, 7445 Dean Martin Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89139. One entry per person per monthly period.

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor. Intenze Products Inc., 7445 Dean Martin Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89139, USA (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions, and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period. The giveaway runs in consecutive monthly entry periods. The Launch Period begins August 11, 2026 and ends August 31, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time (PT), with the drawing on or about August 31, 2026. Each subsequent Monthly Entry Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PT on the first day of a calendar month and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the last day of that month, with the drawing conducted on or about the first day of the following month. Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter. (a) Online (free): subscribe to the INTENZE email list with a valid email address; completing your subscription enters you into the then‑current period, and you remain automatically entered in each subsequent Monthly Entry Period for as long as you remain subscribed. (b) By mail (free): hand‑print your full name, mailing address, email, date of birth, and “INTENZE Monthly Giveaway” on a 3×5 card and mail in a #10 envelope to the address in Section 1; each card is one entry for the period in which it is received and is not carried over. Limit one (1) entry per person per Monthly Entry Period regardless of method. Entries are non‑transferable.

5. Winner Selection & Notification. For each period, one potential winner is selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries for that period; Sponsor's decisions are final and binding. The potential winner is notified by email and must respond and confirm acceptance within five (5) business days of notification, or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected, time permitting.

6. Prize & ARV. One prize per period: one INTENZE 19‑Color Tattoo Ink Set (1 oz). ARV $239.00 USD. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable period. Prize is awarded “as is,” is non‑transferable, and no cash substitution is permitted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Taxes are the winner's responsibility.

7. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to Sponsor's use of the winner's first name, last initial, and city/state for promotional purposes without further compensation.

8. General Conditions. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with entry or violates these rules, and may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if it becomes technically corrupted or otherwise incapable of running as planned.

9. Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates and their officers, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of the prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles; disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Privacy. Information collected is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy at intenzetattooink.com. Subscribing enrolls you in INTENZE marketing email; you may unsubscribe at any time without affecting entries already submitted by mail.

12. Winners List. For a winner's name, send a self‑addressed stamped envelope within sixty (60) days of the applicable drawing to the address in Section 1.

13. Not Sponsored by Meta. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other platform.
