Shipping:

The Intenze Online Store offers you high quality tattoo ink directly from the source. Orders ship Monday through Friday each week. If you order by 1PM Eastern time, your order will ship the same day. Orders placed after 1PM Eastern time will ship the next business day.

You can get an estimate for shipping charges by adding the items you are interested in to your cart. From the Cart page, enter your country, state/province, and zip/postal code then click the Calculate Shipping Rates button. Shipping estimates are based on rates from the United States Postal Service and UPS.

It is the customer’s responsibility to cover any additional shipping and/or processing fees (duties, taxes, etc.) which are otherwise not displayed during the ordering process. If a package is refused and returned to us due to said fees, INTENZE will charge a 20% restocking fee to cover internal costs. Please note, INTENZE is not responsible for international customs fees outside our control which may not be accurately reflected on the website. For questions regarding this, please contact sales@intenzeproducts.com.

On the occasion that you receive a mixture of bottles with both clear caps and black caps, do not be alarmed. We are currently in the process of making the full transition over to black caps once all clear cap bottles have been depleted from our inventory. If you are still uncertain, you may contact us to verify. Photos of the shipment you received will help us quickly identify and confirm your order for you.

Returns:

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you have 30 days to either exchange or return the items for a full refund. We pride ourselves in the relative ease of our return process but have a few small requirements.

In order to receive a full refund, ink bottles cannot be opened or tampered with. It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover return shipping expenses unless the reason for return is our fault. Refunds will be issued only once we receive the returned item(s). Returns generally take 3-5 business days to process after receiving the product. Products with exclusive 30 Day Money Back Guarantee offer may be opened and partially used, however.

Gift Card Policy:

The Intenze gift card makes the perfect gift for the tattoo artist that holds a special place in your heart. Available in $25 or $50, these gift cards apply to all products on the Intenze Products website (www.intenzetattooink.com).

In order to use a gift card as a payment method, simply enter the gift card number at checkout. If your order has a remaining total after using a gift card, you will be asked to provide a second payment method. Remaining gift card balances will remain stored on the gift card number.

To find what the remaining balance of your card is, enter the gift card number at checkout and see there, or email us at sales@intenzeproducts.com and we will tell you what your card's remaining balance is.

During our website migration in December 2016, credit balances on customer accounts from redeemed gift cards were transferred to new usable gift card voucher codes and sent to customers. If you believe you had a credit balance and you did not receive a voucher, please contact sales@intenzeproducts.com.
